Squash Schools Programme

Introductory sessions at partner schools focusing on movement, coordination, rules and fun. Players learn fundamentals and join intra-school matches.

Emerging Colts · Future Champions

For promising players. Weekly coaching, fitness, and mindset training. More match-play and tactical awareness to prepare for district events.

Colts Future Champions · High Performance

Advanced technical work, video feedback and conditioning. Athletes compete regularly and mentor juniors to build leadership.

Inter-Provincial Tournament (IPT)

Attend an open session at your nearest centre. Coaches assess basics and place you at the right level.

Can I support a team?

Yes! Sponsor transport, kit or tournament fees. We’ll share impact reports and thank-you features.
